Bundling Babies

This is a great dip to serve before a holiday meal.  It goes well with carrot and celery sticks and ruffled potato chips (they hold their shape better).

 

I use Serrano chilies in my guacamole, but other chilies can be used.  I just prefer their taste.

 

Homemade salsa is quite nice.

 

This is a easy dip to make and look impressive in a hollowed out round of French bread or red cabbage surrounded by veggies.
