gravy for fried chicken
3 tablespoons oil from fried chicken
About 2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk heated in microwave one minute
- Chop the giblets fine.
- In the same pan you fried the chicken, heat the saved oil in pan over medium low heat.
- Add flour and combine it with oil. Add about ½ cup water, stirring continually.
- Add milk a little at a time until you have the consistency you’d like, stirring all the time.
- Continue to stir and add the chopped giblets along with salt and pepper to taste.
