2 cups heavy cream

3 tablespoons cultured buttermilk

 

 

A Sweet Touchdown!

  1. In a sterilized mason jar, mix together cream and buttermilk.
  2. Put in a warm spot (between 70-75°F) for 24 hours or until thick.
  3. Refrigerate for 24 hours before using.

 

Lasts one to two weeks in frig
