Flank steak


¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup vinegar
1½ teaspoon garlic powder or use garlic cloves, chopped finely
½ teaspoon ginger or fresh ginger, chopped finely
3 tablespoons honey
¾ cup salad oil
½ grated onion

1. Mix ingredients and marinate flank steak 4 hours
2. Grill 5 – 8 minutes per side over hot fire.
3. Slice thinly on the diagonal


Note: If you want to serve the marinade with the flank steak, boil on stove top and serve on the side

Serve with rice.
