salmon patties

 

1 (14.75 ounce) can canned salmon

1 egg

¼ cup chopped onion

¼ cup panko bread crumbs

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

½ lime, juiced

1 tablespoon olive oil

  1. Drain and reserve liquid from salmon.
  2. Mix egg, onion, bread crumbs, parmesan, lime, and salmon together. Make into patties. If mixture is too dry to form into patties, add reserved liquid from salmon.
  3. Heat olive oil and brown patties on each side.  Drain on paper towels and serve.
