banana berry smoothie


Orange juice
Yogurt (I like plain, Greek yogurt)  add as much as you like
Strawberries and/or blueberries (frozen fruit is okay)



Shiny Stroll

  1. Put 3-4 cubes of ice in a blender.
  2. Add a splash of orange juice to barely cover the ice.
  3. Crush ice.
  4. Add fruit and yogurt.
  5. Blend until smooth.
